Depends on what a person considers hard:
For A) If youre into food and drink alot, youre gonna chose this as hardest
For B) If you get emotionally/mentally affected by the stupidity of people around you, youd think this was harder.
You could be both ofcourse.
Ill be honest, the second is harder for me. Because my tolerance is REALLY very thin when it comes to irrational behaviour.

B is definitely hard, but A isn't that bad after the first two days, unless of course you're a smoker, religiously drink coffee, or on the recieving end of Ramadan breath, lol. Being a Muslim is quite easy. Praying 5 times a day takes only about 2 or 3 minutes of your time for each prayer, a total of 15 minutes, less than your favorite t.v. sitcom. And making wuduu all those times, well think of the feeling you have after you finish your shower, now add 5 more times of that feeling a day...

People's ignorance is certainly not always easy to deal with, but we are taught to be patient with everyone. (I have not quite mastered that yet) As far as fasting... I have never fasted during Ramadan because I just converted, but will not be able to either. I am an insulin dependent diabetic so fasting is not an option for me. For those who do fast (like my husband), they adjust within a couple days after Ramadan begins. They are also encouraged to fast periodically throughout the year so it's not such an adjustment when Ramadan arrives.

Heaven is not so cheap, that you can obtain it for free, without working for it.
Belief in God and the Prophet saves at the end of the day.
I try to make people understand this and those who don't want to, then that's fine, its their choice not to. I have done my bit.

You ask a tough question, and then provide 2 very shallow options as your opinion. How funny. Ha, ha.

I would think the toughest thing (in addition to believing that Mohammad was an honest man and a profit and that Allah is real,) would be answering the call to prayer 5 effin' times a day.... Good Gosh...! When would you have tome for a life?

if you are true to your convictions it will not matter what other people think of you. You will think your convictions are correct and they are wrong.
