I'm 14 and I need to lose weight FAST!! I'm not allowed to diet and cant go to the gym ,what can I do?

i cant really exercise, there are alot of mean and old people in my neighbor hood, some of them TRY AND RUN ME OVER!

U could exercise in ur own house and eat healthy foods and also drink pleanty of water!!

Join a sports team at school like volleyball, track or softball, something that keeps you moving...

If your parents don't allow you to diet, just try to make good choices like cutting back on fried foods, desserts, and eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies, protein like grilled fish and chicken and don't drink a lot of sodas. Drink lots of water to keep you hydrated.

There really isn't a healthy way to lose weight fast (I wish there was!), but if you follow my suggestions, you will see some changes within a reasonable amount of time. Good luck!

as long as you eat healthy (avoid junk and fast food) and exercise daily, you should see results. Just stay dedicated. find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The best way to loose weight is to eat healthy and to stop eating fast food.
I recently stopped eating fast food for my college graduation and lost 8 pounds in one month !
Eating healthy and moderate exercise helps a lot.
You dont have to go to the gym to work out. Instead of watching TV with your pals, go out for a walk. If you like to window shop, walk around the mall.

The best way to lose weight is with a ballanced diet and excersise. If you can't go to the gym go and run or bike outside.

there's no way to lose weight "fast". the other people have pretty good ideas, listen to them, and run in place in ur house while watchin TV or listene to radio, it helps reduce stresss
