Girl Problem - 13 years old?

Question

I'm 13 years old and I like this girl:

Read that topic first, then answer this.

She acts like she likes me, but she says that she likes someone else, and she told people who it is. However, she has been known to like multiple people at the same time.

How can I find out if she likes me without telling her that I like her, which I can't tell her because she is my best friend that is a girl, and is a very good friend, so I don't want to mess up a friendship if she doesn't like me back.
I already tried asking her friends, and they don't know.
I was thinking I could maybe trick her into telling me without telling her I like her by maybe saying that someone told me that she liked me and I was wondering if it was true. Would that work? And does anyone have any other ideas?

Be honest and tell her how you feel. By all the information you provided, it sounds like she's got it bad for you. You can do this...go talk to her. DON'T trick her...cause that will put an end to your friend relationship and that will definately not score you any points in the "more than just friends" category.

And about asking her out...you have to believe in yourself. If you don't then you will never gather up the courage to go and ask her. Once you gather up the courage, go up to her and say, "hi," introduce yourself if she doesn't know who you are. Just talk to her. If she doesn't know you then don't be surprised if she says, "no" if you just ask her out. Start a conversation, become friends, and then ask her. And trust me, once you are friends it gets a whole heck of a lot easier to ask her out. Why? Because you feel comfortable around her and you can kinda guess what she will say because you know her.

You never know unless you try.

ok your 13 too? 13 is a young age but honstly if you want to know if she likes you then you'll have to ask her. You can never rely on her other friends to tell you the right answer and if she likes multiple people at one time what makes you think that if you do get with her that you will stay together? If you dont want to runin your friendship keep it that. But if you like her you really shouldtell her. And no female like trickery, if your going to ask be straight forward, dont try and trick a response out of her. It will definatly end your relationship with her.

im a 13 year old girl and i know if my best friend asked me if i liked him i would say no,but my best friend does like me and he just plainly told me he liked me. it is not quie the same cuz i have a boyfriend. but i would tell her she is really pretty and means alot to you and then tell her that you like her. hope it works! (p.s. that's how my boyfriend got me to go out with him)

honestly the best thing to do is wait and see if she comes foward if she does like you because if you ask her you may loose a very good friend like i did with one of my guy friends

NO!!!!!!!! DONT do that, she might find out u lied to her and tricked her and now she'll be mad at you and wont be able to trust you. you shud probaly just go along with wut life has and you shud try to get her friends to ask for you, but tell her friends not to say that you wanted to know.
