i had a baby 10months ago and still no period why?

iv asked this b4 but i thought id ask again in case there is someone better on i had my baby boy 10months ago and my periods still havnt returned i did breast feed till by boy was bout 5months but still no period im worried now that when i do come on ill bleed so heavely that ill be realy ill . i sometimes get head aches and back ach and feel rubishy and think oh yeah at last then nothing this has been going on now 4 months does anyone have any ideas when you periods do return and help me at all in this problem im realy concered and this was my thired baby my periods tok bout 5 months with the last two
