Everybody deals with it in different ways.

I tried everything to try and get over the person I loved. Nothing worked, I thought I'd be like that forever.

THEN

I found when I wasn't trying to get over him, I was thinking about him less, I was spending more time with friends, meeting new people. I was becomming distracted, my feelings for him were calming down.

Its all about TIME.

Im alone, broken hearted and stoned... need a friend, you just found one.

Its harsh when you break up but i always try to take my mind off it straight away. First time i broke up out of a long term relationship i went base jumping and almost didn't pull the chord. I know how it feels, trust me, the nights get worse!

How do you get over it? Simple, move on. Go out clubbing, try find another dream girl. If you find someone like her then its still slowly easing you out. I think you should go into town with some people, get boozed up and see where the night ends up!

Best of luck :)

Hi. Sad songs and movies, comfort food, having the girls come over for a bi_ch session, talking to your good friends, and giving yourself a "grieving time limit" (two weeks, max!) After the first couple of days, write your new life plan of action to be employed after your grieving period is over. You'll do just fine...Best to you!

You don't get over it, you keep yourself busy until someone comes in the road and helps you heal.

Wish you the best, dear.
