I have a man who wants me to wait for him. I'm not saying its hard. But I don't want to slip into any temtations. What can I do to keep myself busy or to keep my mind off of sex. It is very RARE to meet any military wifes who haven't cheated. I'm from Vriginia and we see it all the time. You hear about them getting pregnant by other men while the husbands and boyfriends are gone. It happened to one of my closest friends, his wife cheated and got pregnant by another man. I have a really good man counting on me in Japan. And I don't want to hurt him. I really don't want any other man. What can I do. When he comes back he's coming with a ring and I don't want to jeopardize my future with him. He is a really good guy. I just want to prove to him that I'm worth it.

Not all women are like that, not even most, you just hear about the bad apples and not about the ones that don't. That said, how to avoid it, don't put yourself in a position that will lead to it. Don't let yourself get in a situation where you become emotionally dependent on a man or where you are alone with a man that you think is hot. Simple as that.

(sigh) If you were man enough to "do your patriot duty" - then this question would never have popped into your infantile brain. Have you always been this disrespectful, or have you been chewing on lead-based paint chips? Whatever made you want to ask such a disrespectful question to military wives, girlfriends and the heroes they love and support? Keep thinking the way you do and one of those husbands will come home from overseas and teach you a thing or two about being an easy target.

I am not in your situation & have a lovely wife but long ago I was tempted I wanted more & different women & basically it just lead to alot of pain & misery....somehow I found an inner strengh by praying & have more peace than ever before & I try my best to be guided by God - his wisdom is so amazing he only wants what is best for us & believe me cheating on your partner will not bring lasting happiness pray for strength tell God what you really want & seek the warmth of love you can only get by experiencing the living holly spirit.

Join a church, get a gym membership, buy a dil do. Find some friends you can just hang out with. Get yourself a job if you do not already have one. Find yourself a hobbie of sorts.
