It really depends on your age and his age. Girls mature at an earlier age than boys. There really isn't nothing you can do about his mixed signals. When a boy really likes you, he'll smile and speak nicely to you. Mixed signals kind of means the boy is immature and not really looking for a girlfriend.
Just be yourself and be friendly and kind to everyone. You'll soon run into another boy who you like just as well, who may not be giving mixed signals. He'll see your kindness and friendliness and will be drawn to you.

Oh.... mixed feelings.And anyways, mixed feelings, friend or maybe just more. The best way to find out if this could be more is that if you see if he likes you first. Always thats a really safe route.You could also just ask him, I know you really like him. But if he turns you down, if you really like him, you'll just be glad that you 2 can still be friends.Don't get mad, sometimes boys can't always like you. BUT if he does like you, try to keep it a long relationship if you 2 really like eachother and if you actually mean you like him so just do it! Good Luck!!

First of all grow up if you like him standing by and wondering will do nothing. Just go for it talk to him and see what happens the worst that can happen is he rejects you atleast you will know he wasn't interested in you to begin with. In life you just have to grab the bull by the horns or you'll juts live life well always wondering what if.

just get to know him, if you know him already and hes like one of your besty friends then just get him alone to save embarrasemnet and tell him how you feel, if he doesnt like you, he probally wouldnt just like say no i would never go out with you (thats if hes your friend) thats why you should get to know him first. You should also get too know him because he could just be really really REALLY fiiine on the outside but me a total *&$hole on the inside. If he does feel the same about you, lucky you.

I think you should probably just ask him out and tell him that he really doesn't have to act shy around you. If you really like him for what he is then you should have no problem with what he has to offer boyfriend wise.

Ok heres what you should do 1 just go to talk to his best friend then ask if he could ask this dude to meet you somewhere then just tell the guy your true fellings about him i mean all guys just dream about a girl coming and asking them out(p.s. there just to scared to ask themsleves),well anyway good luck :D

look at him in the eye if he holds ur gaze more than 3 seconds its a sign.
ask a mutual friend to ask him.
ask him if he likes neone.
