find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

stay focused! Don't give into the temptations of sweet and fatty foods. Try and Aviod carbs at all costs!!!
DRINK ICE WATER a liter of ice water a day burns 123 calories.
Eat vegetables, fruit and lean protein. skinless chicken breasts.
Eat celery which burns more calories consuming than it contains.
Chew sugar-less gum. chewing uses your jaw muscles and burns calories throughout the day without even working hard at all.
WALK GET OUT MOVE YOUR body around. Excercising doesnt have to be a dull thing. Get motivated. Go for walks, bike rides, anything that gets your heart pumping. Bring along your mp3 or ipod and sing along to your favorite songs. Not only will this get you in shape, you will be a happier person!
Also please try and aviod all pop. definatly a no when trying to loose weight

as long as you eat healthy (avoid junk and fast food) and exercise daily, you should see results. Just stay dedicated. Stay away from carbs, fast food and eat veg and protein. Exercise will help too.(walking).
