For me, dying or becoming an atheist is the same thing.

Um, I would rather die. My belief is true and I know that when I die I will one day be raised up with my Lord. If I chose to be an aheist, then when I die I would one day be thrown into the fire with satan. Now, why would I do that? I love my Lord. NOT because I just want to get into Heaven, but because He first loved me. My soul is more important than a lifestyle choice.

Yes it is. I'm not afraid of death. The next thing I know will be seeing Jesus coming in the clouds of glory (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). I would much rather die than lose the faith I have in Christ. Death holds no power over a Christian (1 Corinthians 15: 54, 55).

That's a funny question, because the answer is so obvious.
Of course they'd rather die, they think that if they're Atheist when they die, they'll burn for eternity. If they just take their death quicker with a belief in God, they'll go to heaven.
But of course, you can't actually make someone believe or disbelieve something.
And for the first guy, ugh. How pathetic of you to think that your religion is your only reason for living. Atheists have meaning and purpose, just like everyone else.

I'm Atheist, and sure I'd say I believe in god to keep living. It's not that big of a deal to me... Just as if someone held a gun up to your head and said "Tell me you believe in Santa Claus, or you're dead."

We're all going to die someday anyway. What good does it do to extend one's life a few days (metaphorically) but then to lose one's soul.

My belief isn't more important than life itself, but my soul is.

And don't you have the same website as "Black Atheist"?

I know this isn't the question, but I'm an atheist and I'd rather die than become a Christian.

Absent from the body, present with the Lord. Why would I want to stick around here when something far better is waiting for me?

Why do some people ask such silly questions? Why didn't you ask an atheist if they would die rather than become a Christian?

The choice is to live a short amount of time separated from God or to live with Him forever. A very easy choice.
