hi. im really skinny and really wanted to know just exactly what foods are good to eat to gain weight fast. thanks.

eat healthy fats, like nuts, olive oils and avocado. You dont want to eat foods that will harm your body like saturated fats. You'll gain weight that way too, but you'll discover you acquired several health complications in the process.

Eat more foods more often but eat foods that are good for you, and watch your saturated fat. Olive oil & nuts are great for you, so eat a little more of the!!

Noodles - pasta (all types and dishes) - ice creams - sweets and chocolates - bananas - Junk food and anything fried - red meat - full fat milk ......... The list is long if you want to gain weight.

But you know what, I don't think you should gain weight fast (I don't think it's healthy to eat unhealthy food all at once to gain extra pounds).

I was thin myself, gained weight, and now working my a*s out to lose what I gained. Keep your food healthy for your own's sake.

my son is really skinny too. i make him this smoothie:
milk (use 2 % or whole if you want), a banana, big spoonful of natural peanut butter, and a spoonful of ovaltin or other chocolate milk flavoring. blend and drink. if you want it more like a shake, use frozen banana and add a handful of ice before blending.

also, when my bestfriend was very sick and skinny and needed to gain weight fast because she was with child, her doctors told her to eat ice cream. remember, even skinny people can get hight cholestrol, so be careful.

ice cream ceca buns shakes cookies soul food pop pancakes waffles fried chicken candy noodles pizza pasta um Mac Donal's or other fast food restaurants.

well dont eat fattening foods that are like bad for you such as fast food. eat plenty of carbohydrates and proteins.. in other words breads, pastas and meats..
