one example out of thousands is making a split second decision when it comes to saving somebody from certian danger or death and risking your own life in the proccess , no thought, just instinct , visualising that person dying because of whats happening or going to happen , you do something and die or somehow stop yourself and live with the regret and horror for the rest of your life ... this pre-conception is what i need to challenge because one day i am going to die for YOU the perfect stranger , while others stop theirself and watch seemingly helpless in horror .... i have saved 2 lives and could not stop myself from my actions ( how lucky we were ) i fear the next time i may die like i should have the last times .... so how do i challenge my pre-conceptions of death at times of certian danger when someone will die if i dont help (they might survive you think )

Judgements are instinctive and necessary, however, negative ones can easily be challenged if you have the ability to be recursive, which you do. You just have to be prepared to go deep and be critical of yourself, see anything you dont like you can make a conscious decision to change it

As far as possible do not lead a life based on pre conceptions.Use intution when there is no other option. You analyse the situations and decide. If necessary consult a good close friend. Two brains are better than one brain.

I've only challenged some of my preconceptions since there is an endless supply. What did I find out? When you get overwhelmed by yourself, prescription drugs are good friends to have.
