That list of food looks more like only breakfast and morning tea. I think you would lose weight eating this daily but you are missing essential carbs (low fat hokkian noodles, brown rice, brown bread etc) I say this only because you may get very hungry in say 1-2weeks which will be cravings for the lack of energy you've given your body, if you can control cravings then more power to you! but i suggest eating vegies aswell daily, they wont make you heavy just healthy also a multi vitamin.

Is that all you are going to eat in an entire day? You need AT LEAST 1200 calories. Probably even more than that. But dont fall below 1200. You need some protein and some vegetables. And vary your friuts and veggie intake. Eating the same ones every day isnt good.

everything's healthy except the granola bars which are packed w/ calories, carbs, and sugar. You really should add some protein like egg whites and fat free cheese w/ some veggies in a flour tortilla. I would eat that for breakfast,lunch, and dinner.

It would be a good breakfast. I assume that is not all you are eating today, is it? It is a great start. Eat all the yellow, green, red, any color of fruits and vegetables. Drink some skim milk. Walk and enjoy yourself. There is a lot of great information on what a healthy diet is, nutrition information on every food imaginable, etc. on the net. Hhere are a few sites to get you started. Keep up the great eating habits!

Nature Valley bars appear healthy, but they really aren't much better than candy bars... The other foods are fine.
