here? Don't you think it would benifit you more, if you knew what they are all about?

many here have no interest in dealing with others (especially they have no interest in getting along with conservatives who are bible and constitution believers).
Yes, need to get along.

Well Kerilyn,

I was unable to determine much about you from your profile. You merely assured us that you were back and knew who you were.

You also haven't given much of a clue in this question. As you can see, it can be difficult to learn about someone on this forum.

There are also a lot of people who use this forum to deceive others and tell lies, just to stir up trouble. There are children, pretending to be adults, predators, angry and bitter individuals, as well as some very lonely people.

It's a great idea, but you are a prime example of why people can't get to know about the others on this forum.

I consider the source. I'm not going to consciously absorb "information" from unreliable nutcases. I try to see where people are coming from, but if they're completely insane, I don't feel like they're qualified to teach me anything. They can think the same thing about me, it's all good.
It's a good place to read uninhabited thoughts, though. The same people who nod and smile when you tell them things in real life are the ones who are calling you a dick on Y!A.

I do learn and benefit, for the reason you state.

I am very interested in comparing different religious beliefs. I look for what we all hold in common, rather than what we disagree about. And, yes, I have found many postings informative. So, in answer, I welcome the exposure. In addition, I have made friends with people I, otherwise, never would have known.
I won't preach to those who refuse to hear.
For me, this is a God-send.

Well before I stumbled across this forum I was unaware just how narrow minded, brainwashed and bigoted some Christians are. I put it to you that when religion turns people into such entities then it has nothing worth learning in it.

That has been the purpose of my questions. I asked about the no god,go out stealing thing, and I was told how stupid I was. I am positive everyone has heard someone make that statement or a similar one. Yet they went on as if they had never heard it. So I found out there isn't much honesty here. without that, cant find out much

I try to listen to everyone equally. Even the crazy questions. They allow me to learn more about what individuals would actually do for attention and admiration. Psychology is great! =] lol

that's true...sadly we just see only ONE side of these people here and even THAT is a negative side because everybody's more sensitive than they would be in real life!

What I am learning is not very enlightening. I am learning that people who have their minds made up won't listen to simple logic and reason.

And this isn't SUPPOSED to be a forum.
