let's go step by step here, OK?

1. I'm glad you are aware now of the damage you are doing to your body, this is a very important step, to acknowledge something is not right.
2. When you don't eat or eat very little for a long period of time, your body adjusts to that, and you won't feel the hunger pangs anymore.
3. You feeling weak is a sign that your body cannot go on functioning for a long time without proper nourishment, which takes us back to step 2.

If you feel you are experiencing a crisis or your body is warning you, go to the ER. Do not mind to what others say or think, you can actually be in danger of dying and not know it till you have a heart attack due to lack of nutrients.
Talk to your mom, dad, doctor, school counselor, nurse, whomever you choose, talk openly about what is going on.
You need help, you are writing this because you know you do, so please, look for it.
If you start eating a lot now, without the proper help, it can make you sick, or give you diarrhea. You might want to have a few ounces of a liquid replacement meal, some pieces of fruit or a little clear soup in the meantime, but you do need professional help. Good luck!

That's great that you are ready to get some help. Eating disorders are supposed to be quite difficult for the sufferer as well as their family and friends, but your acknowledging that the situation is out of control is the first step to wellness.

If you haven't eaten anything for three weeks, please do go to your local Emergency Room as someone else suggested. You may need immediate nutrients that can't wait and your life can be at stake. Please agree to go into a treatment program for those that have eating disorders. There is typically a collaborative staff that works with you and the other patients including therapists, dieticians, art therapists and perhaps some others. Someone with an eating disorder and especially with one as severe as your's seems as you haven't eaten in three weeks, really needs intensive therapy and it really can't wait. Please do be proactive in your recovery and be totally open and honest with your doctors, therapists and family about how you are doing.

Here is a website that has resources for those in the states and who have an eating disorder but perhaps some links for those overseas if that's where you are: www.something-fishy.org

Please continue on your road to recovery and keep a support system of others who understand first-hand. Bless you and please take good care!

Katie. Sounds like you need some professional help. First go see your doctor and get some basic blood work done. If you don't have one, ask your parents or friends to help you find one. Most likley he or she will send you to see a counsler who specializes in people with your condition. You need to take your problem very seriously.
