If your dog isn't use to a particular food it can cause diarreha and vomiting...if you want to give your dog foods such as ground turkey, chicken, etc do so only in very small quanities at first and mix in with her regular food.

It should pass..withhold her food for 12- 24 hours and then gradually get her back on her regular food if she is still vomiting and having diarreha then call your vet.

Was this your dogs first time eating turkey? Sometimes dogs can have a reaction to certain foods if you just all of the sudden put it in their diet. Try giving your dog some pepto or kaopetade ( im not sure if thats spelled right) If the vomiting continues for more than 24 hours its always better to take them to the vet.

Yeah, Turkey can be too greasy and is kinda hard for them to digest.. Sometimes it just makes them gasy, sometimes it has to get back out. I have boarded dogs before.. After Thanksgiving and Christmas.. You can definitely tell which ones had shared in the turkey dinner! Should never give them the turkey skin eh...

Hello..well if you're sure there was no bone, it will clear up..if there was bone TIME FOR A VET & never used COOKED meats for an animal..they can't digest it & cooked poultry - chicken, turkey or any kind of bird bone is what is deadly to dogs & cats ....RAW meat & bone is OK, NEVER COOKED..Take Care :)

I'd take it to the vet. Greasy foods can cause Pancreatitis, which can be deadly. I don't EVER recommend people food for dogs. They aren't fit to digest it as we are. Heck, people food is even bad for people!
