First you shouldn't eat school lunch. School lunch is usually very unhealthy for you so you should bring your own food to school. Bring fruits, vegetables, water and etc. Anything healthy will do. And for dinner you have to eat healthy too. Don't eat fatty fried foods. Try eating more organic stuff and don't eat alot of meat. Always drink water and eat fruits. And to lose fat on your stomache you can do leg lifts( lay down on the floor and lift your legs of the ground about 1-2 inches and hold it as long as you can) and to lose fat on your thighs do plenty of lunges. Try running/jogging around your block for 30 minutes each day. You should always stretch too before you go to school and after. You can also do a few push ups, its works ur stomache and your arms.

Hi. I'm 16 and 5"5. When I was 15 I weighed 190. That was the most I ever weighed. I actually did slimfast for maybe two months and I lost 35 pounds. I didn't eat breakfast, but had a shake for brunch (lunch at my school is quite early), and also one when I got home so that I wouldn't eat snacks as soon as I arrived. Then I would eat whatever my mom made for dinner. I actually didn't exercise anymore than I've already been doing for the past few years. I'm on a drill team that requires a fair amount of walking.

I stopped this crazy diet once I got down to 155 because that's how much my older sister weighed, and I felt quite content with that. Since then I've gone back to my regular eating patterns and have actually been excercising less and have gained back 5 pounds. So I've kept off most of my weight for about ten months I suppose.

I really don't reccomend that sort of diet though. My parents had let me go through with it because they really didn't think I was going to stick with it, but I did. My doctor then freaked out on me for it.

I'm still rather chubby, so I'm going to start going to the gym this summer with my older sister. She's just finishing her freshman year in college and gained the freshman... 30. It seems like we've completely switched weights.

I don't drink soft drinks and haven't for several years. Nor do I eat fast food- I just find both of those to be really gross.

I'm not too sure how to help you, but if you'd like to correspond with me you may as it seems we have the same goal and I know what you're going through.

I hope this helps. :)

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

If you can follow this simple routine you will be a very healthy person:

- Only eat when you are hungry.
- Stop eating while you are still hungry, hunger will go away in minutes.
- Eat healthy, natural food, vegitables, lean meat without added presurvatives or taste.
- Stop eating two hours before bed time.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, water helps draining toxins and fat off your body.
- Work out regularly, make yourself strong and burn the extra calories stored in your body.
- Love your body, that's all you've got to be in this world.
- Always know you are beautiful and thus you will be.
- Think a lot and solve problems, brain itself burns a lot of calory while it will make you smarter.
- Be very paitient, no fast solution is a good or permanent solution.
- Always first pounds are easier to lose than the last ones, again be very paitient.
- Any other good solution will come to you if you let them, but think carefully before using them.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

the best advice is to eat slow. when we do this we tend to fill up faster then if we shovel it in. eat protein off setted by lots of veggies. they tend to change the way we digest our food, in a great way. drink a glass of water 10 mins before you eat a meal. and most of all after you finish your last meal of the day take a walk for a min. of 30 mins. more if you can. if you do all this and stay away from sugars you will do it.

I am actually counting calories and this has helped me ALOT!!!!! Exercise...you HAVE to do this. It's a must. Also portion control as weell. If you read the back of a package and it says serving size 1 piece. Eat only one piece. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies as well. I feel like a new person since i've dropped weight. You can do this. :O)

If you want to lose it that fast, without starving/fasting, you need to become addicted to excercise!!! I mean, not really, but just excercise and excercise everyday say half an hour will even drop the weight off.
It's hard to start with, but get into the everyday routine and see the effects and you won't want to stop.
Good luck whatever you do!
