Is there a gadget I can buy that measures pasta sizes? For example, 9 oz of uncooked spaghetti. Any suggestions where I can find?

A kitchen scale. At any kitchen store or Wal-Mart. They're only about $12. Or you can get a combo pasta spork that has holes in it for measuring.

I just use my hands and fingers to measure pasta's.

For Spaghetti:
I make the O.K. sign and what ever fits inside will feed two people.

For Egg Noodles:
Two cupped handfuls per person.

For Macaroni:
One cupped handful per person.

I've done that for years and it works quite well.
