In the chihuahua breed, it's very common. Those are just his adult teeth coming in, before his puppy teeth have come out. I work at a vet clinic, and we see that a lot in that breed. When you get him neutered, the vet can just pull them out. They will most likely not fall out on their own, and they will need to come out, so that would be the best time to do it. And you could even ask the vet to save them for you and put it in a "baby book" for him!

This happened to my little pup too when her adult teeth started coming in. Some of her baby teeth feel out, but she had about six pairs of double teeth. They will have to put him out when they pull the teeth, so if you haven't gotten him neutered yet, and are planning to, then I would ask the vet to pull them if and when you do so, so that he doesn't have to go through the stress of being put out more than once.

This does occasionally happen. It is advisable to get the baby teeth removed because they can cause serious malformation of the growing adult teeth by pushing on them. We frequently remove the baby teeth of animals when they come in to be neutered. Have a vet advise you if they think it's necessary in your dog's case.

Toy breeds often retain their baby teeth. You should consult with your vet about having the baby teeth removed, or the dog's bite will be ruined.

This is quite common and caused by adult teeth growing in before the baby teeth have fallen out.

Just watch them, and if they haven't fallen out by 9 months or so, consult your vet.
