the bible talks a lot about reaping and sowing
in job 4:8 it says, “even as i have seen they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.” and in psalms 126:5 it says, “they that sow in tears shall reap in joy.”
it is this life that our actions of sowing should be oriented towards. we must always remember that it was Jesus whose death on the cross resulted in the reaping of eternal life for us, and that it is faith in Jesus that will gain for us this eternal life

as you sow, so shall you reap
you marry a person thinking they have lots of $$$. In order to interest this person in you, you create a facade(false image)
about yourself making the person think that you too are wealthy. It is only after the marriage that you both find out that the other is dirt poor.
where there is a will there is a way:
The person that had to walk 5 miles to get a college education, because the one around the corner had much higher grade standards, and becomes a chief justice of the us supreme court, or founder of a fortune 500 company
because they didn't give up/ they didn't let anything stand in their way. Sometimes you can make you neatives work for you also.

Galatians 6:7 Do not be misled whatever a man is sowing this is what he will reap.
It says what goes around comes around in multiple different ways such as:
If you dig a pit you are the one who will probably fall in it.
Cast your bread on the water and it will come back to you.
That last one??? men have many plans but only God can make it grow?
Proverbs 15:22 There is a flustrateing of plans where there is no confidential talk, but in the multitude of counselors there is accompolishment. In other words I was told the moral is: Listen to others before making a decision.
Is that one it?

I am a secretary. One day I made a mistake on something and a higher up blamed my boss for it. I emailed the higher up and apologized, saying the mistake had been mine, that it was not my boss's fault. My boss was upset that I had even done that, she thought the "higher up" had made too much of the incident, that I shouldn't have apologized at all. I smiled and said to her, "you know, the bible says a soft word turns away wrath".
Half a year later, I had my review at work. The boss in question had put down that she appreciated my honesty, that when I make mistakes, I own up to them, and handle them in a professional manner.
Also, the higher up showed up in our office and, although he never mentioned the incident, he treated me with kind respect.
When you do what you know is right, it will come back to you. Even if it doesn't, do what is right.

as you sow, so you reap:
King David lusted for Uriah's wife Bathsheba... He had Uriah killed and he took his wife for himself.. It was a bad seed he had planted... His firstborn died, there was killings and rape among his children.. (Amnon raped david's daughter Tamar, Absalom killed Amnon) Absalom was killed by Joab... David ended up harvesting a whole tragedy after planting one bad seed...
Jacob lied to his father Isaac that he was the first son so he could inherit his brother's blessings.... when he fled to his uncle Laban's home and wanted to marry Rachel... he worked 7 years for her but was deceived and given Leah... he was made to work another 7 years.. he had sowed a seed of deceit and had to reap it...
