Does any1 know how to make water rocket?

In skool we have 2 make a 2 liter bottle rocket, with just using water to launch it up in the air! I am just wonderin' if any1 knows a good way to let it stay up in the air longer and shoot up in the air really high! If ur idea is good i'll give u best answer! thanks 4 ur help!:)

To make it work u need to only fill it 2/3 with water as water doesn't compress. Now pump in the air to about 70lb. Now u should be ready to launch.
