I've been looking for some photoshop programs but i don't know which one to get. I don't want to pay more than $50. And where is the best place to buy it?

How about free?
All of these are, and most certainly one or more will be just what you want and need:

As other have said ... GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/downloads/) is an excellent open source (free) alternative to Photoshop. But on the chance you don't need the power Shutterfly Studio (http://www.shutterfly.com/studio/overviews.jsp) is a free, good basic editing program, combined with a photo browser (to help with organization) and on-line upload service. A very popular photoviewer is Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.net/)

If you really want Photoshop, but still want to keep the price down, you could look for Photoshop Elements (See 1st link for overview). It is available for as little as $40 (version 4 or 5 at the 2nd link).

Get The GIMP (www.gimp.org) and look for the install for your OS (most likely Windows or MacOS X). You'll need to run at least the GTK+ installer and the GIMP installer itself.
