Yes. The biblical devil has horns, ten of them.
Rev 12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
Rev 12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
Rev 12:5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and [to] his throne.
Rev 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days.
Rev 12:7 ¶ And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
Rev 12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Satan is the great deceiver because he is the greatest concealer, the mightiest perverter of truth, the ultimate misleader, and the most convincing fraud and liar. Satan's goal is two pronged. He wishes to convince us that God is neither all-powerful nor all loving, and that he, Satan, seems to be something he really is not.
I learned in my youth group that Satan can appear to be anyone or anything.
2 Cortinthians 11:14 descibes Satan as "an angel of light" and Revelation 12 describes him as a dragon and also Genesis 3 descrbes him as a serpent.
Satan is said to be a beautiful angel....so in reality we won't be able to know what Satan looks like until he physically confronts us and even then we might not recognize him, because he could be a very friendl yperson we run into ect.
I hope this helped a little bit!

There's no physical description of the devil in the bible. Many think the horns were added far later by Christians who tried to associate the devil with Pan.

I personally believe our image of the devil is created by things that scare us. I don't believe the devil has horns, because according to the bible he was just a man.

Horn in the bible means authority. Some Satanist use the image of a goat for satan. That's where the horns came from

Well, Moses was often depicted with goat horns. That was because some Latin scholars were confused as to the meaning of 'cornus.' Later, it was decided that he probably had light, not horns, coming out of his head, as he descended the mountain.
Satan though? Well, he IS often associated with the goat, so maybe he was connected (by Christians, of course) to Pan, somehow. Perhaps his brimstone odor equates with a rutting goat.
That's the best I got, man.

Created by the Holy Roman Empire and the Catholic churches to make their adversary god, the evil god, look similar to the horned god of the people before christianity was forced on them. They wanted to paint all other religions as being the devil and trying to destroy/trick you when in reality it was the other way around.
Don't you think it is funny that a militaristic superpower whose only goal was global conquest suddenly decided that they should unite all of Europe under one religion, under one god?
I find it hard to believe that they were fascists with good intentions.

Mostly because Elphias Levi associated the Devil with a goat-headed deity.
The idea that Catholics appropriated the goat symbol in order to demonize paganism is false, and is based on shoddy early 20th century scholarship. The devil = goat thing dates back to Levi, 19th century.

Most modern ideas of Satan come from the Medieval Catholic Church.
Attendance was bad, but even back then people loved a good horror movie, so the priests in their Homilies gave everyone a good scare.
