grilled catfish with a tomato onion cucumber salad

French Toast.
2-3 size 6 (46 g) eggs
1/3 cup Milk
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 table spoon sugar
1-2 tablespoons oil or butter
4 slices toast bread.
Beat eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar together until well blended.
Heat oil in fry pan until hot.
Dip slices of bread in egg mix, both sides.
Do not soak the bread.
Cook on both sides 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Chicken Salad
INGREDIENTS
* 6 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
* 1 cup chopped celery
* 1 teaspoon salt-free herb and spice blend
* 1 cup mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the chicken, celery, spice blend and mayonnaise. Mix all together; more or less mayonnaise can be added, depending on your preference. Voila, your summer salad is ready to serve!

make some pizza-
~all your really need is spaghetti or pizza sauce, cheese, and some bread.....cook in the oven until cheese is melted....(cook @ 350 degrees F!!!!)....really is quick, easy, and tasty!!!!!
