find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.

I lost 2stone last year and have managed to keep, it off. first of all you have to get rid of all those sugar filled breakfast cereals you should be having whole foods things like oats bran fibre if you like porridge try that in a morning with a banana, drink lots of water,(not tea are coffee, are pop) watch the foods that are high in fats, its better to have more small meals instead of one large one you can do it, the first couple of weeks is the hardest but you will do it.good luck

so dear , it's a bit hard . but if you be persistent in it , you'll lose weight , like me. you should give up eating fat,butter,fast foods and lots of thing which make u plump. you 'll get used to it. eating salads without MAYONNAISE sauce as your dinner would be fruitful.
