I asked this before, no good answers...please help me
Okay I really need some serious advice and please help me, I'm 16 and 5 foot 3 and I weigh 130 pounds, I'm not FAT but I would like to lose at least 10 pounds, the fat goes especially to my thighs and i really HATE that, the thing is, I just cant commit to doing anything, i cant go outside to exercise cuz my mom is just to busy and i cant go alone, so i just eat and eat and never stop so i want to do something before it gets worse. I swim at least 4 times a week and i know that that is good, I always say that I REALLY want to lose the weight and I eat healthy and then the next day i go and eat like a pig again, i just cant seem to get control of it even when i really really want to, please help me of what I can do to eat healthier or at least control myself, thank you very much!

There are ways to lose a quick 10 pounds (usually 'water weight'), but it sounds like your need to permanently adjust your diet and get some exercise.
Exercise at least 30 minutes every day. Walking will do (you can do this at school during lunch...after you have eaten of course).
Eat a light, sensible breakfast. Maybe some fruit or an egg with a glass of juice (100%) or lowfat milk. Most teens do not eat breakfast and eat 'garbage' for Lunch and Dinner.
Lunch can be heavier, but try to stay away from pastas and bread. Save a salad for dinner.
Dinner should always be a light meal. A side salad with some grilled or broiled chicken is ideal.
Snack on celery or nuts between meals. Peanut Butter is okay.
Maintain this six days a week and have one day as your 'cheat' day where you can enjoy pizza or ice cream

it has everything you'll need, diet, day plan, schedules. exercises how to's, encouraging pictures of people before and after.
See it, its free. I know this because I have bought the book and its helped me out so much, then i found out about the site!
If you dont want to check this site then I suggest cardio everyday for an hour at least, you'll loose fat in 2 weeks and don't eat after exercises for an hour.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Okay so first let's fix your eating habit.
Eat more negative calories foods.
Onions and Garlics,Cucumber,Tomato,Cabbage,Celery,Lettuce, mandarin orange, apricot, watermelon, cantalope melon
They make a good salad ingredients, and for the dressing use low fat yoghurt and olive oil.
Since you like swimming, you can copy what Sarah Wiley, Miss Indiana 2004, did.
she wore jeans and sweatshirt for swimming and she did the swimming for 30 minutes and she claimed that the result came within a week. She did scissors kick to swim between pool side to the shallow part of the pool back and forth.

wow it's pretty creepy how much i relate to this!! i'm 4 foot 10 and 125lbs and really wanting to lose some as well. me and my friend have made out a plan to work out. haven't started it yet, but will on monday. if you have a treadmill, walk/jog for 30mis each day, eat healthy of course, the swimming you're doing is good, wish i could lol...umm you could to a set of 50 crunches everynight before you go to bed. if you have a dog, you could go outside and walk instead of with your mom.. just some pointers: ]
