I agree you should be older for cosmetic tattoos. Unlike body art, these tattoos fade a lot more and over the years require a lot of touch ups. The skin can only hold so much color over time.

Unless you have a physical problem like alopecia or habitual problem like trichotillomania (chronic hair pulling) I would advise you to wait if you came into our studio.

If you have parental consent it doesn't matter how old you are, BUT the professionals doing it will tell you that being older is better (like in you 20's).

If you don't have parental consent you have to be 18

i think its the same as the US under 18 with parental consent
