I am guessing you have issues with the 'rules' of being Catholic.

If you look objectively at any Catholic teaching you may disagree with- and research WHY the Church teaches what she does, you will find the Church always acts as a mother...trying to keep her children from harm.

2000 years of teaching does not make the church old fashioned- it makes her wise.

Just as we often learn as adults that our parents were right all along, even when their rules seemed unreasonable....you will come to see that the Church has the wisdom of a mother.

I respectfully disagree with Mr Orwell.

I challenge anyone to argue that the Pope John Paul II and Mother Teresa of Calcutta were not Catholic adults in age, wisdom, and spirituality.

I could name hundreds of others including my parents and grandparents.

With love in Christ.

I beg to differ. To be a Catholic with all the sacraments, you must have reached the age of reason. Reason would be intelligence/wisdom, intelligence would be maturity, and maturity would be being grown up. Have you ever talked to a Catholic?

Actually catholics are the only ones with atleast half a brain. While christians are wasting their time speaking in tongues and fainting in church, Catholics are getting on with their lives.

That's not a question; it's a statement with a question mark on the end of it. The existence of hundreds of millions of adult Catholics contradicts the statement as well.
