is there a place where you can get a battery operated straightener??

becuase like im going on a missions trip to mexico in august and the director dude said i cant bring anything i have to plug in... so i need to knoe if theres a battery operated straightener out there!!!!!!!!!!! ok thanx everyone<3

I doubt. They require way too much power so it is impossible to get that much energy out of batteries.

However, I am sure the locals will have some simple but effective solutions. You just need a pair of flat irons and heat you can get from hot water, or coal.
