Beans, veggie burgers (i.e., Boca, Morningstar Farms), tofu... Even whole wheat has a decent amount of protein in it. In the bread which I'm currently eating, there are four grams of protein per slice. Not bad, especailly when I can eat two to three slices a day. Brown rice also has about four grams per serving, as does whole wheat pasta which can have more, depending on the brand. I once bought a brand of low carb whole wheat pasta because the price, $1, was good for pasta and because the protein count was over 10g per serving

This is what I eat and I don't have problems with my protein.
