How do you get rid of or treat Psoriasis of the scalp?

I have Psoriasis and have tried just about all the shampoo known. The way I clear it, use a normal shampoo wash your hair, rinse off and then rinse again with a teaspoon of lemon added to the basin of water. I do not know why it works, but it worked for me and I no longer have scalp problems. I have also noted that a normal soap with lemon in it, really cheap, does wonders for the Psoriasis on the elbows, knees, hands.

Try some of the coal tar shampoos available in most pharmacies.... like MG217. Just let it set for about 15 min. before washing it out. Shampoos with zinc are also helpful. Many people say adding fish oil capsules to nthe diet also help.
