It's so nasty and i cry about it because it makes me feel horrible. I ordered this cream called free derm hc, but it hasn't seemed to make the eczema go away.

don't stress, usualy this is the cause for it. i have the same problem, but on my legs(it is horrible) i just use a rough sponge and scrub, for your face, try a deep cleansing scrub with lots of little beads. clean and clear invigorating scrub works great.

What you may need is a mild hydrocortisone cream. Try a site called exederm.com they have good advice and a special flare cream that should help
The one you tried doesn't have HC in the formula anymore - i used it once

Try taking evening primrose oil capsules for six months and see if that helps. I have Psoriasis and I find it really helps.
