To do this you would need to be a very knowlegeable breeder. This is called line breeding and WILL double up on the dog's characteristics whether they are bad or good. The dogs will be more likely to carry the characteristics of those dogs but if your dog has not been tested for genetic disorders common to the breed and has not been properly evaluated for conformation, you may be reinforcing the wrong things in the dogs rather than the correct ones.
Before breeding the dogs, they should have genetic testing for any problems common to the breed and they should be critically evaluated for structural faults. Breeding faults to faults will often make faults impossible to breed out of the line.

Can you do it ? - Yes the ***** should get pregnant.
Should you do it is a totally different question and if you are having to ask the question in this forum then the short answer is NO. This is called line-breeding and should only be done by breeders that have carefully researched the genetics behind both individuals, and that are conducting the breeding to bring out specific characteristics of the common ancestor. In doing this you will also magnify the undesirable characteristics of the common ancestor and have a high chance that very unfavorable recessive characteristics.
Are you ready to cull puppy that may have problems that you didn't anticipate, and to be responsible for those puppies for life?

It's not advisable to breed two closely related dogs, unless you know the genetic background behind them well. Inbreeding is used by knowledgeable breeders to help solidify their lines and cement favorable characteristics. . You do also run the greater risk of emphasizing negative traits, such as the health problems others have mentioned, or structural defects that may be present in your two dogs. Inbreeding is best left to the people who study their lines and can weigh the risk properly. Incest does not apply. That is a human term.

Imagine having a child with your sibling. Inbreeding results with different mutations and genetic illnesses because the chromosomes that combine are from the same DNA.It also results to psychical problems

no, it's still incest and it's still a high risk factor for unhealthy pups...now my girlfriend had a cat who had a litter and she kept a boy from the litter not knowing he was old enough to mate his mom and he did, the mom got pregnant and the kittens seemed to all the healthy according to the vet, but she really got lucky with that one....I once had a rabbit who mated with a cousin rabbit and believe it or not but all the babies from the litter died within the first two years so there was obviously something wrong there...please don't do it any professional breeder would tell you not to

Not if you're asking the question. Inbreeding needs to be left to responsible breeders with a thorough knowledge of genetics and their dogs' pedigrees.

You technically could, but you would be inbreeding. It would be the same as you having a child with your half sibling. There could be LOTS of genetic problems.

No, they are still related--just like people that have half siblings--they don't marry each other-it's against the law and too big a possibility of birth defects in their offspring
