NO. never give your cat any medication that isn't prescribed for him/her. They have a different metabolism than humans. Check with your vet always it doesn't cost anything to make a phone call. If you know that it has arthritis, didn't the vet know to give it some thing for it, or did you diagnose it yourself?

NO. This is very dangerous, aspirin and paracetomol can really bugger up a cats kidneys.

Do you know for a fact you cat has arthritis - i.e. did a vet diagnose this? You should NEVER medicate an animal with human meds, much less if you've 'diagnosed' the condition yourself.

Go to the vets, find out for sure what is wrong with your cat and get the appropriate medication.

You can safely give a cat a baby aspirin every two to three days according to my vet but never acetaminophen.. However if you are definitely dealing with arthritis then why not give her some Gluclosamine Chondroitin . That is for arthritis. Just mix it in with kitty's food

Do NOT give any cat or dog aspirin, it is toxic to their liver. Get a prescription pain medication from your vet that is labeled for cats.

No that would make them sick or might even kill them.
Take them to a vet and they will tell you what you should do for your cat.
