Death is not a big deal to God. It's a doorway to a better place, or a deserved punishment. I am sad for myself when someone dies because I will miss them in my life, but I am happy for them because as a Christian I know they are in a better place than anyone can even fathom. And if they are not, that is between them and God. All we can do as Christians is try to get people to see the truth but we can't MAKE them.

OH, and for the record God does not send little childeren to Hell. You have to be old enough to make choices and truly understand their consaquinces. (I know i can't spell)
And why do people site the punishments of God and call him evil. If you break the law, be it socitey's or God's you get punished. That is the way it works. Follow the rules and you have nothing to worry about. Why is that so hard to understand? He punishes us because he loves us. Just like our parents do. Are all the worlds parents evil too??

Death has no sting for the believer, nor God's law and punishment.

The Lord created laws and guidelines for life. They're in the Old Testament. The Mosaic Covenant applies to the Jews, not us, but those laws remain guidelines for our lives. If we rebel, we open ourselves to punishment.

It's not real hard to understand, but it's apparently real hard to accept. We know that if we break the law of our country or state, we will be punished, but we reject the idea that our creator has any right to discipline his creation.

The modern way of thiking puts man as the highest authority and all law relative. Murder is a good example. In our culture, if a baby is unwanted, it is legal to kill it. Morals don't get more relative than that.

Personally, I'm grateful that the Lord from time to time chastises me. He would not do so if he did not know my name and love me. May God richly bless you (and spank you from time to time).

Death is not a big deal to God because He has never experienced it. And about the judgment on whether we are good (no sin) or bad (sin). The word sin means to miss the mark, in other words to make a mistake. We're human, we learn by making mistakes. (If we're smart anyway) Would you condemn someone to eternal damnation because they made a mistake? Christians and other religions live for death (heaven) and totally miss out on a real life here and now. Here and now is all we really have. Time is not linear. That's an illusion. God's sense of justice is lacking when you see humans being forgiving of all things to their fellow man. Not being mean, sweetie. Giving you something else to think about from a different angle.

How do you know what god wants? Can you prove these assertions?

In the hypothetical case of an omnipotent, omnipresent god, death would be considered cruel. Death creates needless suffering for billions of people, including children who cannot make rational choices.

Parents are only necessary for a child's upbringing until they can make their own decisions. Even then, nobody would accept a parent who murdered his children (Genesis), or forced them to suffer endlessly in a lake of fire (Revelations).

And human adults can make informed decisions. What do you call a person that reins in the freedom of individuals, using torture (hell) as a threat? A dictator or tyrant. Reasonably, the traditional god of the Bible is more like a tyrant than a parent.

This is the deity who forces labor pains on every woman because some ancestor bit into an apple, a female who had no concept of sin (Genesis). How can one accept that as loving or justifiable? It sounds like a case study from Jack the Ripper, or from an honor killing in Jordan.

I'm not trying to be confrontational here, but I want to point out some of the flaws in your argument.

Those who make issue of this completely overlook the fact that God is the Author and Giver of all life and the Possessor of all things. As Job said: "The Lord gives and the Lord takes away"
If God were to remove all men from the face of the earth He would not be taking anything that was not His.
They furthermore completely ignore the promise of eternal life in God's Son the Lord Jesus Christ.
They believe Satan more than they believe God.

the genuinely time devil visits you is once you invite him... Its been like this because the starting up of time.. If Eve would not of had a communique about Sin with devil we will be Holy proper now. yet she did , and therefore civilization replaced into punished for no longer following Gods guidelines, or his Commandments. undesirable human beings are not tortured, they are already his. He assaults Gods human beings because they seem to be a lot extra resilient to his assaults. Servants of the Lord are those who're being attacked continually, and at each and every threat he ,and his demons get. To repel Satanic assaults you could me a real servant of the Lord, together with Fasting, continuous prayer, service dedication no longer in basic terms on Sundays, visit the sick, and the undesirable ,be in places that genuinely a servant of the Lord will be. distract your self from residing ungodly lives. you word its no longer tricky , yet society would not favor to obey, society refuses to settle for the reality and settle for that till mankind differences there'll be no longer something extra, than extra issues for humanity. The Jews were progressing , till they became their backs on the Lord., and they were conquered through an same those who they themselves had conquered interior the old testomony.

If children aren't old enough to make their own choices, then why is abortion so bad? I mean, they don't even know they're alive.

God doesn't make sense, neither does the bible. Fess up to it man. You say atheists are too scared to face God, but in reality you're too scared that maybe, just maybe, we're right. Its the kind of thing that keeps you up at night huh. Sort of like an anti-bogeyman.

Crazy how some people are scared that God doesn't exist seeing as all he does is kill people he doesnt like and brutalise his only son.

Congratulations, you not only got to answer your own question you got to give your sermon. Not too subtle but acceptable information, but you forgot to tell your readers that: God Loves You, and IF you know Him as your personal savior, Death is a reward not a punishment. It has nothing to do with following the rules, it has to do with having Faith to Trust Jesus as your Savior. He has already paid for your sins.

They do not understand that God is not really the one doing bad things to people. God protects the obedient, but it is satan that actually does the evil:
(John 10:10 KJV) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Our disobedience opens the door so satan can do bad things in our lives.
(Prov 22:15 KJV) Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.
People think spanking is an act of abuse, when in fact it is and act of love that prevents problems in the future.
The world is in rebellion and will not take correction and thinks evil of correction.

I suspect that most of the world's parents don't punish their children with eternal hellfire. That's not quite the same thing as a punishment that suits the discretion.

At any rate, the Christian god ruthlessly killed millions of people. To say that it was a good thing for them and that they would be going to some better place is patently absurd.

death is a terrible thing; different people deal with it differently. Religion is the ultimate cop out ; it's pretty much a denial of death. religious folk think they don't really die, just move.

your god sent bears to kill 42 kids once for making fun of a bald guy; he wouldn't be worth worshiping even if he existed.

and since you claim the bible is factual:

Did you know that your jesus is just a rehash of earlier, cooler gods?
