I am dating a guy who said, There is nothing a woman can offer me, because I have everything I need so she would have to be the "WHOLE PACKAGE" I am not sure how to take this. Part of me thinks this is a great thing because he is confident and he wants a good woman and the other part of me says that he will never be satisfied. Any advice on this subject would help. Thanks!

It sounds like this guy has managed to understand what being complete is. A lot of times we go into relationships thinking we are 'half' and the other person is 'half' and together we make the whole. Like him, I agree -you must enter into a relationship as a whole person, not depending on someone else to be your 'better half.' God has made us whole and complete persons and when we join with a mate, both of you need to be complete. If you don't have certain sides of your life in order, you might need to work more on you. Sounds like he got his together and is not depending upon a woman to provide him 'help' in the way that women seem to get dragged into. It causes nothing but friction in a relationship and finger pointing about who-did-what.

Oh man he sounds like an egomaniac. Is he referring to material things or is he suggesting he wants a stunning looking woman with an IQ of 150 and a Maserati in the drive way who can make love to him all night? I wonder how long you will be able to put up with Mr Wonderful! Best of luck to you as either way he sounds like he knows he will never get what he wants and by setting an impossible standard he is keeping himself safe from getting too close.

Watch him. Any guy who says there's nothing a WOMAN can offer him, might be considering offers from MEN. Something to think about...
