Actually, a dog can be spayed anytime during the pregnancy. It is harder on her the longer you wait and the risk is greater. There is usually an additional fee associated with a pregnant spay.

Yes, if she just mated a couple days ago, she can still be spayed. But in all truth, why are you asking people on Yahoo? You could easily call up the vet clinic and ask them. They'll be able to tell you the specifics!
