you can lose at least 1 lbs per day depends on how you exercises and how you eat. the best way to do it is to workout at least 1 hour everyday and drink protein shakes after. That way you can lose up 21 lbs.

It depends how much you weight right now. If you are very overweight it is not uncommon to lose as much as 10 pounds a week. If you are only slightly overweight you can probably lose 4 pounds a week with a healthy diet and lots of exercise.

A healthy way to lose weight is to reduce the daily caloric intake. For example, if you want to maintain weight, let's use a rough figure of 2,000 calories a day. If you want to lose weight, reduce the caloric intake to 1,500 a day. That saves you 500 calories daily. If you add up 500 + 500 + 500 + 500+ in four days you will lose one pound. If you continue doing this, you will lose weight until you go back to your regular weight you want to be, and then you can go back to the 2,000 daily caloric intake. If you eat any more that 2,000 calories a day, you will gain weight. I hope this helps. It also helps to exercise regularly, along with this caloric daily intake reduction, say, for example, walking 20 minutes a day.

how much weight can be lost is very individualized. it depends on your current weight, height, and age. it depends on what you do to lose the weight and how long you do it. men lose faster than women. there are too many variables to put a number. use the calculator to get an idea of what you can do.

It depends on what you willing to do. I know someone who lost a little over 10lbs in a week, but he worked really hard. If you eat the right food and worked really hard then losing 30lbs is possible.
