From my understanding there are a lot of Navy Seals that come form the Marines. So to better answer that question is this navy seal a former Marine or not. If he is a former Marine than its too easy for him. If not I think it's up in the air.

Yes.
In the 1960s, a Special Forces sergeant at the same language school eventually also went to Okinawa where a roudy group of 17 newly minted Airborne soldiers picked on him (he was from the Seminole tribe in Florida or Georgia with a large very distinctive nose) until he finally got fed up and put them all on the ground - none got up until after he left.
Navy Seals, Special Forces, Rangers and some others go through very intensive and specialized hand to hand combat training because that's all they'll have to use as weapons when noise or other 'attractive' weapons would get them and, more importantly, their mission killed. In the old days, the best of them were sent in alone without any kind of human support to rely upon.

Undoubtably! I was in Gibraltar with two buddies, both attached to SEAL units out of Little Creek VA. During an evening of drinking in the local bars we ended up getting separated from one buddy who wandered into a French Foriegn Legion hang-out in the bar district. One of the Legionaires and seven or eight of his friends didn't like the idea of a SEAL hanging out in their bar and decided to pick a fight with our friend. We had no idea this was all going on until we exited the bar we were in and saw the Spanish police down the street, we went to see what was going on and saw our friend speaking with a Police officer and six of the eight Legionaires lying on the floor. They had jumped our friend and he had cleaned the bar with the lot of them. So, one MArine is far less capable than eight Legionaires. You do the math!

I'm sure you could find such an instance. Just as equally sure you could find a Marine who could do the same to a Navy Seal. Generalizations are never all-inclusive.

NAVY SEAL with both his arms tied around his back can still beat up a MARINE. If NAVY SEAL has both his arm & legs tied, then it'll be a different story.

No a man with 2 arms and military training could easily "Beat Up" someone with only one arm. Even if they both had both arms it would be an even match.
