The most you can healthly lose is about 18 pounds in three months give or take.....
Don't work out too much, just do a low calorie diet mixed with much cardio and some weightlifting.
What's your height? In soem cases just losing 20 pounds will be enough.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Um I dont think that working out 4 hours a day is healthy at all you could really hurt yourself doing that . It takes time to lose weight there is no miracle weight lose if there were everyone would be skinny. What are you taking hormone pills for ? Why dont you just stop taking them like your doctor adviced?

u have a 2 edge sword why did you start taking the pill that you knew would make you gain weight?>and now you want to loose it quick which wont happen- it took you time to put it on rome wasnt built in a day if you know what i mean it will take tme to loose the weight it took me a year with e diets to loose 45 lbs on a really strict diet with them so there you go good luck if you want to loose the weight you can if will take time and if the boy loves you he will help you and stick by you while it happens

Don't work out that much everyday. It will be way to stressful on your body. You will need 2 days to recover every week so try 5 days a week, 3 hours a day. Be sure to eat HEALTHY; don't starve yourself. You will be able to loose most of it! Good Job!
