Honestly in ways I'd want to but knowing the right thing, no I would not for that then becomes unconsented and that is rape.
You just don't take advantage of a person in that situation for you end out loosing her trust and respect. Its best to just cuddle up with her and go to sleep also and when you both wake up go from there and see what happens.

No i would not. I can't take andvantage of a girl like that. More than likely, once she woke up i would be getting everything anyway.
