It is pronounced Trah-BAH-ho, but the last syllable, specifically the "h" word is pronounced more emphatic, sounds more like "kh." For example, Hanukkah or Hanukah also Cha·nu·kah is pronounced KHä'nə-kə, hä'- Therefore, the word "trabajo" is more like Trä-bä'-khô

I will give you a link where you can find the pronunciation of the alphabet in Spanish. You will note that the word "jalapeño," which starts with the letter "j," is pronounced "KHä'lä-pĕ'-nô"

trabajo

In South American Spanish, it is pronounced tra-ba-ho. In Spain it is prononced the same way except for the 'h', which is replaced by the 'ch' sound in Bach. In other words, in Spain the 'j' is pronounced as a voiceless, velar fricative.

It is Tra, the "a" is the sound of "o" as in a short "o", ba, the "a" is as the short sound of "o "again, jo, the "j" sounds like an "h" and the "o" is the same as the long sound of "o".
