I love making smoothies. There are so many different varieties and you are only limited by your own tastes. I have made smoothies out of peanut butter, banana, vanilla yogurt and a little milk, which is delicious.
I have also tried bananas, canned mandarin oranges with juice and lemon yogurt.
Strawberries, bananas, vanilla yogurt, a splash of milk would be great.
I usually don't like to use ice cubes in my smoothies, as it waters down the flavors. If you use cold milk and yogurt and refrigerate your fruit (or better yet, use frozen strawberries) make up any combination you like. I have even stirred in a little oat bran for some extra nutrition and fiber. You really can't go wrong if you start out with ingredients you like separately.

This is my mods of my banana shake recipe

* banana, preferably refrigerated for a night
* 1/2 cup of low fat milk
* use 5 - 7 strawberries
* three tablespoon of low fat sugar free yogurt
* two tablespoon of oat

Then mix all the ingredients in food processor and blend it until smooth. Better serve chilled.
There you go, your milk, a little carbohydrate and fruit in one serve.

You can add sugar if you're not concerned with your blood sugar level and weight. Just make sure you use the strawberries more than the banana to make it fresher.

Put the strawberry in the blender add water and sugar and make sure that it is sweet and thick. Then put that in a cup. Put the bananas in the blender with milk and sugar and does not have to be that thick, but should be a little sweet then, add it with the strawberry and mix it up, enjoy!!

I use a banana, a few strawberrys, a cup of plain yogurt, a cup and a half of OJ, half a cup of milk, six ice cubes, and a dash of honey.

Vanilla yogurt, put it in the freezer until its just starting to freeze, not all the way frozen. A little sugar, just a little. Add your fruit, in the blender and a little milk until you like the consistency.
