Yes, as God is merely a personification of the universe, what dose the view people have of him tell us about them?

There is love and love and love and love and love. You do not have to believe in God to feel love...if that is what you are really asking. Still, the Bible gives a quite lovely definition of love that you are welcome to use even if you are not a believer (in God).
Love is patient. Love is kind. Love isn't jealous. It doesn't sing its own praises. It isn't arrogant.
It isn't rude. It doesn't think about itself. It isn't irritable. It doesn't keep track of wrongs.
It isn't happy when injustice is done, but it is happy with the truth.
Love never stops being patient, never stops believing, never stops hoping, never gives up.

love does not come from me, for I am not always a loving person. I can love those that love me, but to love those that dislike me has to come from God.
and that is where my true source of love comes from.
