go to a local lawyer...you could have a case against the dealership

Did the dealership tell you this info before you bought the car? If yes, then there you go, you knew it and bought it anyway.
Did they tell you after the papers were signed? Or did they tell you after you have already taken possession of the car and had it for a couple of weeks. Either way, you should have the ability to take it back and get your money back. If they give you any trouble call the BBB and file a complaint. Get a lawyer and go from there. good luck on this.

The dealership is required to tell you this information if they know about it. If it is on the title, they can't by law, omit this information.
On the other hand, if it was a trade with a clean title, the prior customer could have signed off that it wasn't a wreck, and it's hard to prove the dealer had anything to do with it...Lawyer up...

well it does depend on the state laws, but you do sign an odometer disclosure fromthe dealership, if it does not say,may not be actual mileage in it and the car does not show actual miles, you have a case, but otherwise, they have you sign a buyers guide stating you are taking te car as-is with no warranty from the dealer, even though you may have a warranty with an outside company.

I think it depends on the state. You should have run a carfax record report - that will give you the history of the car, including what you mentioned.

It depends on what state you are in In Ca. they must dislose this.If they did not you have grounds to sue. ask for your money back,, if they say no SUE!!!!
