Interesting comments so far. I say Crocker is only hot to 50ish guys who think most any girl in her early 20's is hot.
I agree that she is making a possible big mistake career wise by sleeping with the boss. But, racing is pretty egalitarian in that if you can win you will get a ride.
Erin's biggest problem is that she is not that good in the car.
I wonder if sleeping with the boss is an attempt to keep her ride.

who cares about their ages. she should not be dating her car owner if she wants anybody to ever consider her a legitimate racer. because now, she gets what she gets even if she's a crappy driver because she's doing the boss. even if the roles were reversed, bad for business.
