that is ridiculous. people who have never smoked a cigarette in their lives have died from second hand smoke from others. you are breathing POISON!!! it is only a matter of time before you die from that or some complication caused by it. you may be 50 or you may be 80 but it will kill you eventually.

Yes and No ,it is dependent on genes and numerous other factors. I just quit after 35 years of smoking 1 pack+ a day,and I'm still among the living. I do however wish I had NEVER smoked.

If you fall asleep with your one cigarette lit, you could incinerate yourself in the resulting fire.

But in reality, you may say you will have only one cigarette, but some day you will be drinking and start a few more, as time goes by consumption increases and now you are addicted, on the way to an early grave.

Yes, it can still kill you due to pollution (that day). But, it's nearly impossible to smoke only one a day. Because after about 5 to 7 days, you get REALLY addicted and won't want to stop. It happened with my mother. (Thank god she wasn't that addicted or she would be dead.) But still, why would you want to smoke? My parents tell my it tastes nasty. But go ahead and smoke, but don't if you're smart, it's the better choice. :-)

With smoking (even one) you are ingesting addictive and toxic substances into the body. Substances like;
a. carbon monoxide (takes the place of oxygen in the blood)
b. nicotine (affects the nervous system & is highly addictive)
c. tar
and a whole lot more.

My Dear Friend,

SMOKING IS A MAJESTIC WAY OF CONVERTING YOUR CASH INTO ASH.

It spoils your health,as you know.
Then why take even a cigarette a day?

Avoid it completely.

There are only two categories; SMOKERS and NON SMOKERS.
There are no LIMITED SMOKERS.
