Soduko, Crosswords and local remembering games are very good for exercising the brain. Did you know that even drawing pictures of things from memory is good exercise for the brain.
Take fifteen minutes out of your day to read a chapter in a novel, or even research the bible.
believe it or not Nintendo has a game that helps with the brain. It is called BRAIN AGE for the Nintendo DS. I play it a lot and I am 42. It is a pretty good investment Maybe you should check into it.

I would think that reading alot and continuing your education in whatever intrests you would exercise your brain. My Grandmother is 91 and still goes to school. She takes one class a semister in whatever intrests her at the local community college. She loves to "hang out" with her younger classmates, has a great sense of humor and says it keeps her young and her mind sharp.
