Wedding site in San Jose, Ca?

I am looking for an indoor wedding venue with lots of gardens and where we can bring our own catering service. Our wedding is set for May 2008, but we are not sure if we want to do it indoor or outdoor, a dance floor is a must. Thanks for your help!

I am not sure if you are set on San Jose, CA. I know that Golden Peacock in Fremont, CA (on Peralta Ave) is a nice place for weddings, banquets, etc. It has a nice dance floor.
