The Honeymoon can be at their new home, if desired. Usually there is a vacation week for the new couple to be by themselves and discuss future and get more relaxed with each way, intimately, socially, and tourist spots are just vacation.

Well back in the day, when men stole brides from neighboring village, a couple when on a honeymoon to hide until the neighboring village gave up looking for the stolen girl.
Today, it is a time to relax and bond. Planning a wedding is stressful and then the day goes sooooo fast, its nice to not have to face reality the next day. Go away enjoy yourself, enjoy each other!

Because after the hype and confusion and stress of the wedding they need somewhere to relax and recouperate. It is also good to be somewhere that they can get to know each other and are away from family and friends. A romantic getaway is what every new couple needs before the reality of married life sets in.
AND WHY NOT?

While remaining at a place where couple reside can not come out of traditions. It is why that couples go to such places, where the atmosphere is quite new and surrounding atmosphere is romantic. when u see newly wedded couple around u and ur hotel room, ur romantic mood get more encouragement. My suggestion is go somewhere ,wherefrom u get the example of love and blessing for ever lasting love. Myself after marriage went to Agra and prayed that our married life be everlasting. Probably till to day myself feel blessed.

In the old days people wanted their marriage to start on a sweet note. It was therefore customary for newlyweds to drink mead for a month. Mead was a drink made from honey. The "moon" refers to the period of thirty days or one month that the couple was expected to drink the mead. After the first month, the couples came face to face with reality; they realised that their affection, like the moon, would wax and wane.

Because they want to. There is something in what they do that they aspire to. I can't wait to hear what you would like to do on your dream honeymoon. Am sure it is great. Share with us. It could give those of us less than imaginable to ponder over and maybe choose to do. Those of us who are not as worldly could benefit. I have lived a sheltered life of my own accord. I love to see what others do to enjoy their lives. Sometimes it helps me to shake my world up a bit and brings nothing but joy.

Thats just to spend more time with each other so that they are away from all the hassles of life.
They try to understand each other and release the patience they had and come close.
