If its still oozing try cleaning it if you havent already this may be why its oozing and then drying it might have a bit of dirt in there thats giving it some infection. Try using some aloe vera gel on it helps healing and is natural.

If it is oozing it is infected. Put Hydrogen Peroxide on a cotton ball an blot it onto the scrap on your face. It will bubble the infection out of it. Do this a several times to get it looking healthy again.

If it is red, inflamed and is oozing, then it is infected. Clean it with antibacterial wipes, put a healing cream on it and cover it with a plaster. Repeat this every night. During the day, remove the plaster and put a healing/ moisturising cream, i.e. Savlon or Sudocream, on it every few hours.

clean it at 1st to remove any forgien bodies (grit etc.) then let it dry up
